The customer details are in one spreadsheet, the order is in another, what was agreed is somewhere in a chat, and the notebook is what actually knows the truth. When someone asks for a simple number, the answer takes half an hour — and still comes out wrong.
Zela brings all of that into one place, with your team inside it and each person seeing what they should see. You do not change the way you work: you build the system around it.
Create a Customers screen, an Orders screen, a Services screen — whatever your business needs. You choose the fields and what is required. Common document, phone and postcode formats come ready, and the system tells you when a number is wrong.
The order points to the customer. Open the customer and you see everything they have bought — no copying names from one spreadsheet to another, no repeating information.
Search by any field and filter the way you think: "the August orders that have not been delivered yet". No scrolling around looking for one row.
How much came in per month, how many customers per city, which service sells most. You build it, save it, and it becomes a fixed page in your menu, always up to date.
Import from your spreadsheet and start with today’s data, not from scratch. And take it with you whenever you want: the export is yours, at any time.
Invite your team by email and decide what each person can see, create or delete. Finance sees finance; support sees support.
Your own address (yourcompany.zelatus.com), your logo and your colour. Whoever walks in sees your brand, not ours.
It runs in the browser, with nothing to install. The same record you open at the office opens on your phone, out on the road, with the customer in front of you.
The system keeps who changed what, and when. If someone deleted something by mistake, you can find out who it was and when it happened.
No feature is locked behind a more expensive plan, not even on the free one. What changes from one plan to the next is size: how many people, how many records, how many screens and how much file storage.
The amount you see is the amount you pay. No hidden fee, no surprise charge for going over a limit — when you reach the ceiling, the system tells you and offers the next plan.
