Who provides the service

The Zela platform, of the Zelatus brand, is operated by HOTFY SOLUTIONS LTDA, a company incorporated under the laws of Brazil. Throughout this document, "we", "our" and "the platform" refer to HOTFY SOLUTIONS LTDA.

These Terms govern the use of the Zela platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this document. If you disagree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the platform, you declare that you have the legal capacity and expressly agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Account and responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you register and for keeping your password confidential.
  • Activities performed with your account are presumed to be yours. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes, or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties.

3. Provider rights and duties

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
  • Material changes to these Terms will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4. Intellectual property

The source code, brand, visual identity, and documentation are owned by HOTFY SOLUTIONS LTDA or its licensors. You retain all rights over the data and content you upload to the platform — granting only the technical license necessary to operate the service (storage, processing, backup).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from misuse. Our total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time in the platform settings. After cancellation, personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle any disputes.

8. Prices, billing and refunds

  • Current prices are published on the pricing page, in Brazilian reais (BRL), with taxes already included. The amount shown is the amount charged.
  • The subscription is per company (workspace), on the monthly or yearly cycle chosen at sign-up, and renews automatically until you cancel.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the authorised RESELLER of Zela: Paddle is who sells you the subscription, Paddle is the name that appears on your invoice, Paddle issues the receipt for the purchase, and any refund is paid out from their side.
  • You have a 30-day money-back guarantee counted from the charge, under the terms of the refund policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Price changes do not affect a cycle already paid for and are announced at least 30 days in advance.
  • When a plan limit is reached, the platform blocks the creation of new items and offers the next plan. There is no automatic overage charge.
