How billing works
- Billing is per company, not per person. The user range is there to help you pick a plan — you do not pay an extra subscription for each colleague who joins.
- You choose to pay every month or once a year. The yearly plan is cheaper, and the amount for each plan is in the table above.
- Switching plans is immediate and you do it yourself, in the account settings — up or down.
- Cancelling is also up to you, without calling anyone and with no penalty.

What about the Enterprise plan?
It exists for whoever needs a dedicated database, corporate sign-in (SSO), a contract with a guaranteed response time and hands-on help with rollout. Because the cost follows volume and usage, we do not publish a list price: it starts at R$ 1,000.00 per month and the final figure comes out of a conversation.
